Angeline Boey

Angeline Boey, MPH, has spent the last 12 years in communication and project management roles within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Since 2016, she acted as operations lead for the CDC-INFO National Contact Center, and was part of the team that rapidly launched the National COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline in May 2021, and subsequently the COVID Test Kit Fulfillment Line.
Her work has revolved around elevating the customer experience within multiple CDC channels. Prior to that, her work focused on designing and disseminating various communication resources tailored for health department staff and the public. She has also supported the Ebola, Zika, and the 2019 Lung Injury emergency responses at CDC.
Ms. Boey obtained her Master of Public Health degree at Georgia State University.
