Kiran Balsa

Kiran Balsa is the Deputy Director for GSA’s IT Modernization Division within GSA’s Office of Technology Policy. Kiran has over 20 years of experience as an IT professional, which includes six years as an Active Duty Air Force Officer.
Kiran has held numerous roles over his career focused on project and program management, large enterprise strategy development, and technology implementation. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a master’s in Management.
In his free time, outside of shuttling his three children to after-school activities, Kiran is an avid traveler, having visited over 25 countries, enjoys cooking, and his gym time.
