Dave Powner, director of IT issues at the Government Accountability Office, profiled the upcoming agency scorecard on the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) and discussed the Federal government’s continuing difficulties with data center consolidation and legacy IT modernization.
