Bob Amos is Director of the Division of Website Operations within the Web & Emerging Technologies Group, Office of Communications, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Bob has worked for companies such as IBM, MCI, SafeNet, and CSC. He was Product Director for USinternetworking (USi), a pioneer in cloud computing, and helped take startup USi through a successful IPO to become a publicly traded company on NASDAQ prior to its acquisition by AT&T (NYSE:T).
Bob’s team at CMS is responsible for technical architecture, cloud management, DevSecOps, security compliance, and operations for medicare.gov, healthcare.gov, cms.gov, and other digital properties.
