Brian Mikkelsen

Brian Mikkelsen is the Vice President and General Manager for the U.S. Public Sector at Datadog, a cloud-based monitoring and analytics platform for modern applications.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Brian has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by government agencies in managing and securing their IT infrastructure. In his current role at Datadog, he is responsible for driving growth in the public sector by helping agencies leverage the company’s cutting-edge monitoring and analytics technology to optimize their operations, reduce costs, and improve their overall performance.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina, and he is a member of several industry associations, including the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
