Donna is a national leader in information sharing, data management and enterprise IT service delivery. She specializes in delivering mission essential IT solutions in a fast paced and demanding environment. Donna joined DHS in December of 2006 and currently serves as the Executive Director for the Department’s Information Sharing and Services Office (IS2O) – DHS’ lead for delivering enterprise solutions for mission, business management, and IT support. It’s because of her leadership that IS2O is home to award winning and ground breaking programs like the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), the Geospatial Management Office (GMO), National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), Identity Services, and the DHS Data Framework.
A highly experienced IT executive with over twenty-five years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Donna combines a powerful vision of data management and service delivery to ensure that mission and business users at DHS have the IT solutions they need to keep our country safe and make DHS fully operational. IS2O not only delivers on mission critical requirements and vital safeguarding solutions like PIV cards and access lifecycle management, but also answers the Department’s needs for human resource management solutions. A proud New Englander and former United States Marine, Donna is honored to serve at the Department and lead a team of innovative, dedicated, IT service professionals.
