Ketan Patel

Ketan Patel has more than 20 years of experience as an innovative and forward-thinking leader, in public sector technology, infrastructure, and leadership. He has recently worked as a leader for large Federal government agencies in implementing and leading modern digital transformation services using DevSecOps, IT Services Management, Cloud Strategies, Site Reliability Engineering, and the software development lifecycle. He has worked for the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and The White House through a special engagement for elite technology experts at the U.S. Digital Service (USDS).

Currently, Ketan is the CEO and Founder of ArcheSys Inc., based in Baltimore, Maryland. ArcheSys brings together skilled technology professionals with government leaders to improve the digital services that impact everyday lives through building products and services that help government organizations grow and gain trust.

Prior to founding ArcheSys, Ketan was a senior leader at CMS, where he oversaw the rollout of the largest cloud implementation in the Federal government. As Director of Web Operations, he spearheaded the strategic planning and operational execution for Medicare.gov, Medicaid.gov, CMS.gov, and HealthCare.gov, ensuring seamless access to critical healthcare information for millions of Americans.

Ketan has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Shivaji University, and his exceptional contributions have garnered numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Achievement Award from CMS in 2019, three CMS Administrator’s Achievement Awards, and recognition as a Top 50 Fed Leader by FedScoop in 2016. His commitment to excellence has earned him multiple awards and honors throughout his professional journey.
