Laurie MacNamara

Laurie MacNamara serves as the first director of the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) Market Development and Partnerships (MD&P) Division, established in 2022, and acts as TTS’s Chief Customer Officer in engagements with government and industry partners. Laurie and her team work directly with agency colleagues across government on customer experience opportunities and challenges in support of major legislation and executive actions, such as the 21st Century IDEA and the Administration’s Customer Experience Executive Order under the President’s Management Agenda.

Laurie’s division also serves as the customer success center for all of TTS, working with TTS delivery teams to model outstanding customer experience for our agency partners.

Laurie began her career in federal government as a Presidential Management Fellow with the Commerce Department, followed by a successful three-decade career in the government contracting industry, where she launched several delivery and business development practices focused on federal and commercial organizations.

She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Muhlenberg College and Tufts University, and resides with her family in Alexandria, Virginia.
