My goal in starting UberEther wasn’t to grow a huge company with our name on the side of a building next to the freeway. My goal was to bring the absolute best talent I had worked with in my career into a home where they could do their best work and be rewarded for it. By bringing together the best developers, integrators, and operations people I knew, I was certain that we could satisfy our customers over and over again, and that we would push each other harder than anyone to build the best, most well-rounded solutions for our customers.

In the last five years, our team has been brought into many customer situations that other organizations would run away from. Nothing delights me more than the look in my employees’ eyes when we deliver products that absolutely knock our customers’ socks off. Many people ask me how such a small team could have accomplished so much in such little time. All I have to do is point to the passion of the people on my team and they immediately understand.
